Overview
At Kela Signatures, we strive to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order with us.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
For custom scented shea butter orders, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for preparation, as these are blended to order.
During peak periods (such as holidays or promotional sales), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within South Africa. If you are located outside South Africa and wish to place an order, please contact us directly at kelasignatures@gmail.com or 076 337 4037 to discuss arrangements.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We work with reliable courier partners to deliver your orders. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:
Major Cities & Urban Areas (e.g. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria):
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Outlying Areas & Smaller Towns:
Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days
Remote & Rural Areas:
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier volumes, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We aim to keep our shipping rates as affordable as possible in line with our brand values.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above a qualifying minimum value. Please check our website for the current free shipping threshold, as this may be updated from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your delivery directly through our courier partner’s website or app.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Failures & Missed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. Kela Signatures cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
• No one available to receive the delivery
• Inaccessible delivery locations
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kelasignatures@gmail.com or 076 337 4037. We will work with you and our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order appears to be lost in transit (no movement on tracking for more than 7 business days), please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

We may offer a local collection option depending on your location. Please contact us directly to enquire about this option before placing your order.
